What Our Customers Have To Say:

Three horses eating from slow feed hay bags on the ground in a pasture.

"About 3 weeks ago someone stole 2 of my 3 Standard Hay Pillows that I have had for over a year. I never realized how much I loved them until they were gone! I just always filled and threw them out in the pasture in fall/winter/early spring and it keeps them constantly eating and moving around. I immediately ordered 2 to replace the stolen ones and it was a very long week of the horses seeming always hungry since they would eat the loose hay so quickly! Here are my 3 happy horses having their hay pillows back!" ~ Shaina

Miniature horse eating hay from a slow feed hay bag.

“We love our Mini Hay Pillow. It really helps Misty to take her time eating her hay. If we didn't have this she would be done with her meals in 10 minutes. It's really nice being able to make meal time longer and healthier for her.” ~ Annie

Chestnut horse eating hay from hanging slow feeder.

“The Hanging Hay Pillows are great. My horses are happy to be able to eat by slow feeding dry hay under their pasture shelter so they are not confined to their stall when it rains.” ~ Linda

Slow feed hay bag designed for horse trailer mangers

“I love my Manger Hay Pillows and my horses love them even more. They no longer push their hay on the floor and become hungry and bored, instead they munch on hay the entire trip. Happy horses = a happy horse mom!” ~ Diane

3 miniature goats eating hay from a Mini Hay Pillow slow feed hay bag.

“I have attached a photo of my three Nigerian dwarf goats (Dutch, Waylon, and Joker) and their Mini Hay Pillow. They LOVE it and I love it too. I'm thrilled that it's slowed down their foraging, is cutting down on wasted hay, and is keeping them very busy throughout the day. I have hay pillows for my horse as well, and I'd never go back to any other kind of feeder. Thanks for everything you do!” ~ Arah

Horse and goat sharing hay in a slow feed hay bag.

“EVERYONE loves their Standard Hay Pillows around here! We have them for the horses, but the goat likes to share with his favorite friend. We even ordered hay pillows for the manger of our horse trailer. Thanks so much for making great products!” ~Trisha

  • Sorry forgot my last name – entry for the below post about dougie!

  • I would love to win a hay pillow because currently my almost 6 year old, very mischievous TB gelding ‘Dougie’ is driving me bonkers as I am trying and failing at multiple different hay set ups in his daily paddock as I attempt to make sure he has hay available to him for the majority of the day. Portagrazer, he flips it over and throws it around to knock out the top tray. Stock tank with clip in hay net, specially fitted with hooks by my husband, he flips it over when it gets low and drags out the hay or destroys the hay net. I’m at my wits end. I’d love to try the OG hay pillow with the 1 3/4 net size to see if I can out smart him!

  • Hanging type net, 1 3/4 size. We travel a lot and havent found a good met yet

  • We haul all the time and the haynets would be seen and used …. We are in dire need

  • I would love to win a standard hay pillow in the 1-3/4 size. My mare actually prefers her current hay pillow to the hanging hay bag in her run in most of the time and I think it’s because she can bring it where she wants it.

So if she wants to be closer to a friend, she can bring it closer to them. I always find it somewhere new and whenever I bring it out for her she wants to chase me down for it. The current one I have is getting a little beat up, so it would be nice to add a second one to her paddock so that she has more options and places to stand and toss them around.

I could also share with other boarders at the barn that were at. We LOVE enriching our horses lives and I think the hay pillow has been the most enriching out of anything I’ve introduced to her thus far.

Thank you, love your blog posts I refer to them a lot when deciding between pellets, cubes, Timothy etc. and they’ve certainly made me feel better about my mares “hay belly” and helped me to address the things I need to to get her in better shape!
