What Our Customers Have To Say:

Three horses eating from slow feed hay bags on the ground in a pasture.

"About 3 weeks ago someone stole 2 of my 3 Standard Hay Pillows that I have had for over a year. I never realized how much I loved them until they were gone! I just always filled and threw them out in the pasture in fall/winter/early spring and it keeps them constantly eating and moving around. I immediately ordered 2 to replace the stolen ones and it was a very long week of the horses seeming always hungry since they would eat the loose hay so quickly! Here are my 3 happy horses having their hay pillows back!" ~ Shaina

Miniature horse eating hay from a slow feed hay bag.

“We love our Mini Hay Pillow. It really helps Misty to take her time eating her hay. If we didn't have this she would be done with her meals in 10 minutes. It's really nice being able to make meal time longer and healthier for her.” ~ Annie

Chestnut horse eating hay from hanging slow feeder.

“The Hanging Hay Pillows are great. My horses are happy to be able to eat by slow feeding dry hay under their pasture shelter so they are not confined to their stall when it rains.” ~ Linda

Slow feed hay bag designed for horse trailer mangers

“I love my Manger Hay Pillows and my horses love them even more. They no longer push their hay on the floor and become hungry and bored, instead they munch on hay the entire trip. Happy horses = a happy horse mom!” ~ Diane

3 miniature goats eating hay from a Mini Hay Pillow slow feed hay bag.

“I have attached a photo of my three Nigerian dwarf goats (Dutch, Waylon, and Joker) and their Mini Hay Pillow. They LOVE it and I love it too. I'm thrilled that it's slowed down their foraging, is cutting down on wasted hay, and is keeping them very busy throughout the day. I have hay pillows for my horse as well, and I'd never go back to any other kind of feeder. Thanks for everything you do!” ~ Arah

Horse and goat sharing hay in a slow feed hay bag.

“EVERYONE loves their Standard Hay Pillows around here! We have them for the horses, but the goat likes to share with his favorite friend. We even ordered hay pillows for the manger of our horse trailer. Thanks so much for making great products!” ~Trisha

  • My Gelding and I would be thrilled to win the Standard Hay Pillow® Slow Feeder Hay Bag, 1 1/4”mesh size. Milo has always been a voracious hay eater! He often finishes his 2-3 flakes of hay in a regular traditional slow feeder net before chores are even done for the evening leaving him with little to no hay for the night. Since he spends half the day/night in his stall, I worry about ulcers and since he is an easy keeper, I cannot feed copious amounts of hay. The Hay Pillow would definitely help slow down his hay consumption, keep him busy and provide a more natural way of eating his hay.

  • I would love a standard hay pillow for my 30 year old senior horse. He will be coming home this spring to live in my backyard with my goats. It would be perfect for all three of them to share and cut down on hay waste

  • I would love to try the standard hay pillow with 1 3/4 opening. My mare this past year became lame so I’m trying the barefoot method and track system. This design would be perfect for her health and easier for me as well. So many people have praised this design on my track Facebook group so I asked for a pillow for Christmas but we didn’t receive sadly. I’m so excited to get started with this! Thank you

  • The Hay Pillow style you chose – Standard Ground Pillow Preferred mesh size. 1 3/4 Why you and your equine or barnyard buddy should win!
My horse loves hay nets, and I always wanted to try a hay pillow to see how she likes it’s as it’s an even more natural way of eating – she loves grazing head down.

  • I’d love a standard hay pillow with 1 3/4 inch mesh for my old guy to help slow his consumption, but keep him eating from the ground without walking through it.
